🔩Alloy Parts - Utility

The building blocks of Alloy Space

When an Unprocessed Part is successfully processed, the result is an NFT Alloy Part.

These parts are valuable Alloy Space NFTs with their own unique metadata that is largely influenced by the AXIS ARC-Forges on which they were built.

The NFT ARC-Forges are the entry into the primary game of Alloy Parts. Other than purchasing parts from the Alloy Space Market, there is no access into this inner game without an ARC-Forge.

The following is true of Alloy Parts...

  • Immediately after being Processed, every Alloy Part is presented with a $NIOZ offer from Echo-9 based on its Alloy Value. This can be more or less than the offer for the Unprocessed Part.

  • If Collected (instead of being sold for the offer price) the Alloy Part will not receive another offer until assembled as an Alloy Construct.

  • Collected NFT Alloy Parts slowly degrade in Purity, which decreases Alloy Value until they are assembled into Alloy Constructs (which do not degrade).

  • Any NFT Alloy Part can be bought or sold in the Alloy Market.

  • Every Alloy Part belongs to a 3 or 4-Part Alloy Construct, which is a permanent union of the Alloy Parts. All individual Parts are burned and replaced with a newly minted Alloy Construct.

  • Alloy Parts will be periodically (and strategically) discontinued, meaning a given NFT part will no longer be available and may or may not be replaced with a Release 2 version of the same NFT. Any new Alloy Parts introduced to the game after initial launch will be assigned the Release 2 designation.

Community Missions

Community Missions is an important and high-priority Alloy Space roadmap feature that will have a big impact on collected Alloy Parts. See more in Roadmap Items.

Every Alloy Part in the current game will have the following metadata that will only apply in future versions of Alloy Space:

  • Release - In S2 (and beyond) earlier Release parts will have increased functionality or more useful application than its successors.

  • Type - Part Types are categories of parts that could be requested during a Community Mission.
