🕘The Build

To begin building on any AXIS ARC-Forge the machine must be staked with the Alloy Token. This brings the ARC Online and enables building.

Build Time

When a build is started, it is assigned a random Build Time that is restricted to a range designated for that Class of ARC-Forge:

ARC-Forge Type
Build Time Range (in hours)

AXIS-REC

6 - 12

AXIS-H

7 - 13

AXIS-S

8 - 14

AXIS-PRO

9 - 15

AXIS-E9

10 - 16

Build Time increases with each improving Class, but as shown later, the value of built parts increases as well. An AXIS-E9 will generate far more Rare and Exotic parts than an AXIS-REC will.

Evaluation Stages (E-Stages)

Each ARC-Forge Class has a number of Evaluation Stages, which are essentially time-windows with checkpoints that are equally dispersed across the Build Time. Halfway through each Evaluation Stage, there is an instant check for success or failure of the build.

Each Evaluation Stage has a success rate, which increases with each consecutive stage. The further along in the build, the more likely it will successfully finish building.

The First Stage Success Rate (FSSR) is the success rate on the first evaluation stage. The build is evaluated for success at this stage and at all subsequent stages until completed.

  • If successful at any stage, the part build continues to the next stage, until Build Time ends.

  • If unsuccessful at any stage, then the build fails immediately. The ARC is placed into the idle state and a new build must be started.

The following chart refers to the FSSR and number of stages for building Alloy Parts on a given Class of ARC-Forge.

The success rate increases with each Evaluation Stage by:

(100% - FSSR)/Stages

The AXIS-REC will increase by 1.66% per stage. And on the 6th and final stage, there is nearly a 99% chance that the build will succeed.

6 Evaluation Stages along an 8-Hour Build Time. Each Stage has an increased Success Rate.
