How to Enter Alloy Space

There will be a total of 10,275 ARC-Forge NFTs spread across 6 Fabrication Epochs:

The ARC-Forge mint is also a game component, therefore resupply ships and available supply are not guaranteed. Additionaly, mint price for each Epoch will be based on supply and demand. The numbers and probabilities of each ARC type per epoch are listed here: Mint Numbers and Chances

Epochs 1-3 (Pre-Game Mints)

Epochs 2-5 (Alloy.Space Mint Factories)

1. Fab Epoch 4:

Alloy will deploy a unique method of minting called Fabrication Pools. Instead of minting from a single pool of NFTs, players will mint from 4 Factories, or groups of NFTs. Each fabrication pool will have a unique minting price as well as unique rarity probabilities.

Choose a Factory, Mint an ARC-Forge. (All values are examples only).

Higher-end factories cost more because they produce more of the higher rarity NFTs, while lower-end manufacturers cost less but also produce fewer higher rarity NFTs.

Those with a lower budget have decreased odds of minting higher rarity ARC-Forges, but to address unfairness issues, the return on cost should be around equal. If a player pays more to play, they should have increased odds of higher earnings. There are, however, distinct advantages to lower class ARC-Forges, such as faster built times and being way easier to upgrade.

This method is similar to a Dutch Auction but different in that:

1. Price reduction is not timed, all pools are available right away

2. The higher mint price is awarded with higher probabilities of rare AXIS ARC-Forges

Every Fabrication Epoch includes every Class of ARC-Forge, allocated at random during their minting periods. Rarity (and performance) increases with each Class of ARC.

This is the AXIS ARC-Forge lineup (from the lowest Class to highest):

1. AXIS-REC (Recreational): Class 1

2. AXIS-H (Hobby): Class 2

3. AXIS-S (Serious): Class 3

4. AXIS-PRO (Professional): Class 4

5. AXIS-E9 (Industrial): Class 5

There are also up to a maximum of 25 Limited Edition Class 5 ARC-Forges scattered throughout the epochs. "up to" because only 10 are guaranteed. The LE ARCs include :

Each NFT ARC-Forge has a range of functions, specs and metrics that will determine the performance of the ARC-Forge and output of parts.

Many of these specs and metrics are represented in the NFT ARC-Forge metadata, others are off-chain functionality that influence on-chain activity.
